Overview

As a CattleTags.com Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls, chats, and emails from folks who want to know more about Allflex animal ID solutions and products. You’ll also be taking and placing orders, helping customers troubleshoot their needs, and doing daily customer service duties. In-depth knowledge of Allflex products isn’t required. We’ll train you on what you need to know to provide top-level customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist customers in placing an order/re-order via incoming calls, voicemails, chat, and email
  • Answer questions about customer’s orders – current and previous
  • Submit orders to Allflex via email
  • Help customers determine the tags they need (size, layout, USDA, EID, etc.)
  • Make notes regarding cases and questions
  • Be in contact with Allflex customer service staff when needed

Who you are:

  • You have experience and knowledge of the cow-calf industry
  • You are comfortable and, ideally, have experience with remote work.
  • You have experience in being able to focus on the task at hand while identifying what needs to be done next

Work environment:

This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your home, ranch, or farm. You only need a computer, a quiet workspace, and a reliable internet connection. We value team connection, so we schedule meetings and training sessions via Zoom and gather for an annual team meeting in Dallas, Texas. (Don’t worry—we cover the expenses!)

Hours: A set schedule of at least 30 hours during business hours Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm Central time.

Pay: Starts at $20/hour
