Position Details:
Title: Customer Service Representative
Type: Full-Time
Hours: At least 30 hours/week during business hours of Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm Central time
Pay: Starts at $20 per hour
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401(k) plan
What You’ll Do: As a CattleMax Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a go-to person for our customers, handling calls, chats, and emails from ranchers interested in CattleMax. You’ll help them find solutions for their record-keeping needs. No worries if you’re not an expert in CattleMax yet—we provide comprehensive training to ensure you can deliver top-notch customer service.
Work Environment: This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your home, ranch, or farm. You only need a computer, a quiet workspace, and a reliable internet connection. We value team connection, so we schedule meetings and training sessions via Zoom and gather for an annual team meeting in Dallas, Texas. (Don’t worry—we cover the expenses!)
